The Garden House is an excellent Long Island location in the Hamptons. It can be reached easily by leaving Route 27 just past the Airport road and going straight down Stephen Hands Path, without the need to drive into East Hampton village. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac off Stephen Hands Path, close to Cedar Street. The Garden House is only 2 miles from the edge of the village, 4 miles from Amagansett and 5 miles from Sag Harbor.

If you want to spend time at the beach there are plenty to choose from, being equal distance from the Atlantic beaches and from the more gentle waters of the picturesque Bay beaches. Both are within easy cycling distance, or a few minutes drive.

However, if you prefer to laze around at home, the solar heating will turn all that summer sunshine into FREE water heating to give the luxury of a lovely warm swimming pool. It gets hot enough to spend all day in the water!

When it gets too hot in - or around - the pool, you can cool off indoors, where the automatic central air-conditioning offers a delightful contrast from summer heat and humidity.

While the house is close to the Hamptons resort area, it is in a quiet cul-de-sac, so for peace and tranquillity this is the spot. Unlike many summer rentals, the Garden House is only used as a vacation home by its British owners, so retains the style of a relaxing holiday apartment with all the amenities needed for a lazy - or an energetic - break by the sea.

The house is available for a full rental period from August 1st to Labor Day.
