"The Garden House" is a charming hide-away. It offers a contemporary, bright, fresh, home with delightful solar-heated pool. Situated in East Hampton town, on a quiet cul-de-sac in the northwest, it is close to the edge of the village and set back from a quiet cul-de-sac down an illuminated drive.

The pool is separately fenced from the main garden for added child safety and the garden is also separately fenced, making it ideal for children.

Outside there is delightful landscaping, an illuminated wooded garden, accessed from the house onto large wide deck overlooking the pool, lawns and woods.

The house is perfect for a family with young-ish children who want to entertain family or friends through the summer. References are available, including "I wanted to let you know how much we all enjoyed the house. It was incredibly well organised; we used the bikes and beach stuff and the kids especially loved the pool toys.   • The Garden Room can be converted into a bedroom using either a self-inflatable queen sized bed or a single futon settee bed. A bathroom with shower is off this room. A second floor balcony leads to two delightful bedrooms, separated by a bathroom; sleeps 4-6 in total

  • Solar-heated POOL, with large brick patio, separated from house by child-safety fence,

  • Patio furniture & fun inflatables

  • Beds - One Queen, Two Twin, One full futon bed or one Queen Self-inflatable

  • Amenities: Full CAC, BBQ Grill, all regular electrical appliances plus dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, telephone, fax, TV, cable, DVD, CD Player & VCR.

  • All linens, utensils, dishes, etc are provided

  • Delightful landscaped wooded garden (shy acre), accessed from the house onto wide decking with patio furniture, which overlooks the solar-heated pool, lawns & woods. The garden also contains charming evening illumination and a hammock for complete relaxation!

  • Four bikes, in excellent condition. Safety helmets & car bike-rack included.

  • Two kayaks with life preservers, Beach chairs & umbrella. Find the REALLY great & unspoiled beaches by kayak on your next vacation!
